Project description (4-5 sentences).

KGVB's three focus areas are litter prevention, waste reduction and beautification. How will your project advance the mission of at least one of these?

How will the project benefit the Grapevine community?

What results are expected and how will you measure success (numbers desired, if possible).

Provide a detailed project/program timeline, including start/ending dates, milestones, project tasks, roles and responsibilities of volunteers and other participants.

Attachment is recommended and can be uploaded at end of application.

How will the project be maintained (i.e. if your project involves landscap- ing is there a plan for irrigation repair? Who will weed?)

Total amount of sponsorship money available is $5,000. What amount of money is your organization requesting?

Provide a detailed project/program budget including a description of how grant funds will be spent. Include amounts from other funding sources. An itemized spreadsheet or table attachment required. An itemized budget must be included with unit quantities, unit pricing, and total costs per item and project total cost.
