• Thank you for your interest in performing at Carol of Lights on Monday, November 24, 2025. The event will take place in Downtown Grapevine, on Main Street from Northwest Hwy. to Dallas Rd, from 4-8 PM.

    Local performing arts groups, schools, etc. will be performing on the gazebo stage located at the Town Square Gazebo. Acoustic performers and bands are currently scheduled to perform on the additional stages, located on the North and South ends of Main Street.

    Once a performance group has been considered & approved, you will be notified by the Event Manager and provided information pertaining to the process moving forward.

    Specific performance times will be provided by end of September at the latest.

  • In addition to stage performances, we will be scheduling performers to "pop up" on Main Street and do short performances in the street intersections. These performers must provide their own sound, etc. Please indicate if you are interested in being a Pop Up Performer, in addition to performing on stage:*
