2021 Special Event Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming an artisan vendor for Sunset Live on Friday, October 3 and Saturday, October 4, 2025. This event is our annual concert series taking place at the Grapevine Botanical Gardens (411 Ball St. Grapevine, TX 76051). Selected vendors must commit to attending both dates from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.

The vendor market will include a variety of artisan style vendors, and every effort will be made to limit the number of booths selling the same types of items. With that in mind, please complete the application below for consideration at your earliest convenience. Please note that we are not accepting food vendors at this time.

This is an application for consideration, and vendors will only be considered confirmed once payment and all required documents have been received. Once a vendor has been approved, you will be notified by the Event Manager and provided information pertaining to the required documents moving forward.

Primary Market Area: $125 for 10x10 space
Secondary Market Area: $75 for 10x10 space
