2025 Carol of Lights Performance Application

Thank you for your interest in performing at Carol of Lights on Monday, November 24, 2025. The event will take place in Downtown Grapevine, on Main Street from Northwest Hwy. to Dallas Rd, from 4 - 8 PM.

Local performing arts groups, schools, etc. will be performing on the gazebo stage located at the Town Square Gazebo. Acoustic performers and bands are scheduled to perform on the additional, larger stages, located on the North and South ends of Main Street.

Once a band/acoustic performer has been considered & approved, you will be notified by the Community Events Team and provided information pertaining to the process moving forward.

Confirmation and specific performance times will be provided by end of September at the latest.
